Making the most of your Sumatra Experience   We recommend that customers arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to Scheduled appointment times for Spa packages to ensure the maximum amount of time is available.   Appointments at Sumatra Salon and Spa are reserved by use of a gift certificate or credit card.   A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments for Spa Packages and Services. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all other Salon services. Credit cards will be debited for fifty percent of the value of scheduled services reserved for Spa package appointments missed without appropriate notice and Gift certificates will be nullified for appointments which are missed without notice.   Gift Certificates which have expired will not be honored.   We respectfully request that children accompany adults only if children are to receive service. This will ensure a true "Sumatra Experience" for our guests. Redeeming Gift Certificates Gift certificates are applicable toward services only. Gratuity is not included, unless specifically noted. Appointments are suggested for most services. All cancellations must provide adequate notice, per the rules and regulations of Sumatra Salon and Spa.
