Making the Most of Your Sumatra Experience
We recommend that customers arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to appointments for Spa Packages to ensure the maximum amount of time is available. Appointments at Sumatra Salon and Spa are reserved by use of a gift certificate or credit card.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments for spa services and packages. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of all salon services. Credit cards will be debited for fifty percent if reservations for appointments or spa services, spa packages, and/or salon services are missed without appropriate notice.
Gift certificates will be nullified for appointments which are missed without notice. We respectfully request that children accompany adults only if the children are to receive a service. This will ensure a true “Sumatra Experience” for our guest.
